No-Tolerance Policy Needed on Methamphetamine Users

I saw the story on Q-2 news last night about the record year we are having in Yellowstone County. Last year we had 182 new kids enter our court systems last year. For the entire year. So far this year, we've already had 187 NEW cases. In the interview, Judge Russell Fagg said that if you could pinpoint one factor, it would be meth. I believe that we need a "no tolerance" policy on meth users. Get caught with meth, go to the overcrowded jail, and stay there for the full term. We could use more of the CASA's (Court appointed special advocates). These folks are needed to work with the kids.
