Punish Them With Recess

School district 2 will consider a new policy that will allow kids being punished to go to recess. Brilliant, especially for the kids who are punished for not behaving properly during recess. I don't get it, reward them for improper behavior. Maybe if they are caught cheating on a test we should just give them a B on the test, that way they'll feel bad about not getting an A........
