Well-wishes have been pouring in since Randy Travis was hospitalized almost two weeks ago for heart issues and a subsequent stroke. Now fans have the opportunity to send Travis a personal message, too.

The Country Music Association has created an online greeting card so fans can leave personal messages to the iconic country star. So far, the online card has been a success. Since it was posted more than 10,000 fans have left prayers, kind words and well-wishes for Travis.

If you'd like to say a kind word to the 'Three Wooden Crosses' hitmaker, the card will be available for signatures until August 1 at 12PM CST. After that, the CMA will close the card and deliver it to Travis. In addition to writing a message, you can leave a photo and your signature.

With 10,000 signatures and counting, we have a feeling that Travis will have hours of fan-love to sift through during his recovery.

Following heart complications, Travis suffered a stroke last week and had surgery to alleviate pressure on his brain. Since then, the country star has been elevated from critical condition to critical but stable condition. The singer is said to be resting comfortably in the hospital.
