This morning, the Flakes read a new survey ranking America's favorite National Parks.  The rankings are based on reviews from visitors and some of the choices are surprising.

For example, you would expect Yellowstone to finish first or second.  You might also expect to see the Grand Canyon and Yosemite at or near the top.  Turns out, the National Park that visitors enjoyed the most was Acadia National Park in Maine.  We've never even heard of it, but it must be awesome if people like it better than Yellowstone.

Glacier National Park finished in second place.  Visitors cited the excellent biking and hiking trails, along with the stunning views and, of course, Going to the Sun Road as their favorite features in the park.

Yellowstone finished third, followed by Yosemite and another park we've never heard of, Big Bend National Park in Texas.  It just goes to show how lucky we are to live in the great state of Montana.  Two of America's three favorite National Parks are right in our backyard.
