Randy Travis Apologizes After Being Arrested

After news of Randy Travis‘ 1:30AM arrest on a charge of suspicion of public intoxication circulated this morning, Travis came out with a public apology for his actions. In a statement to the Associated Press, the country singer offered his sincerest apologies for ”what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl,” assuring that he’s ”committed to being responsible and accountable” in the future.

In the wake of unpopular rate increases that caused customers to cancel subscriptions in droves and resulted in the company stock nosediving, Netflix CEO Reed Hastings apologized in a blog post on Sunday.

“I messed up,” he said. “I owe everyone an explanation … In hindsight, I slid into arrogance based upon past success.”

If you were surprised when you heard about all the hubbub that erupted over a Dollywood guest’s choice of t-shirt, you aren’t alone: Dolly Parton — who just so happens to own the park — is trying to get to the bottom of what happened.

Parton has also personally reached out to Olivier Odom, the guest who was asked to turn her ‘Marriage Is So Gay’ shirt inside out when the park host determined that it violated Dollywood’s family-friendly dress code.
