There's a full marathon, half marathon, 10k, 10k team, a 1 mile and a 50 yard tot marathon

Good news for homeowners near the Highway 87 East Fire southeast of Billings. Winds have been shifting and the threat to homes in the Briarwood area is diminishing! Fire crews right now are concentrating on the northern flank of the fire which is closest to the Briarwood subdivision. So far the blaze has scorched 1,500- 2,000 acres and is 0% contained. Weather is going to play a big role in where the fire goes. I talked with Q2’s Bob McGuire this afternoon for a look ahead at what firefighters can expect.
