So the power of the Board of Regents is absolute, because of the state Constitution- but our rights are not absolute because of the US Constitution? The BOR was allowed authority under HB102. That's why the lawsuit from these political appointees is blatantly partisan.

The much anticipated House Bill 258 pushing back on any new federal gun bans or gun control laws has officially been signed into law. Montana Governor Greg Gianforte (R-MT) signed the measure Friday morning, and is already getting national attention.
