While millions of procrastinators will be frantically filling out their tax returns next week, we'll be celebrating Tax Freedom Day.  Actually, celebrating probably isn't the right word.

Tax Freedom Day occurs each year when a person has officially made enough money to pay off all of their federal, state and local taxes.  For the hard working tax payers of Montana, that will occur on Monday the 14th.

Just to recap, all of that work you've put in this year has gone straight to the government.  Every single penny.  But starting next week, they'll let you keep what you make for the rest of the year.  God bless America.
