This morning, Mark found a list of rules for calling shotgun.  His favorite was #17: If someone says, "what's shotgun?" after it had been called, then they have to get out and walk.

Paul added a couple of his own rules to the list.   Paul rule 1:  If you're gonna call shotgun, you better know how to use one because you might actually need to.  Paul rule 2:  If you're gonna call shotgun, you'd better be able to drive the vehicle when needed.

We don't necessarily agree with all of the shotgun rules on this list, but here are a couple golden rules.  Shotgun overrides dibs or any other call.  Shotgun cannot be called inside of a building. Shotgun cannot be called in advance.  Here's the link to the full list.  Did they leave anything out?  Feel free to drop us a line with your own rules of the road, flakes103@yahoo.com.
