We Get a Ticket For Items on Our Sidewalks, but the City of Billings Calls it Art

We have a new "public art" piano on the sidewalk under Skypoint.

Lucky us.

Now, if you or I have anything on our sidewalks in front of our homes, for example, snow, weeds, raised concrete, that's a ticket from the city.

At least the handicapped people might be able to hear it if they cant see it.
