What a Load of Garbage

More taxes on tax day; imagine that.  As if we're not already overtaxed enough, now our garbage collection fees are going up.

Yesterday, the Billings City Council voted 7-4 to increase trash fees.  Starting July 1st, and next year, and the year after that, we'll pay more at the dump.  It's gonna set you back just over $100 a year to haul your trash away.  Mark jokes that The Mayor and the three City Council members  only voted against it because they didn't like the fact it wasn't more expensive already.

Taxes, taxes and more taxes.  For crying out loud.  By the way, we're 17 trillion dollars in debt right now.  We'll add another 7 trillion over the next decade.  How can our politicians sleep at night.
