Yellowstone County Has a Spending Problem

My dad always told me that you have to live within your means. The city of Billings should listen to my dad.

With a limited population of approximately 95,000, we cannot afford every wish-list project that comes along.

If we would show some fiscal responsibility, things like the jail mill levy would have passed. We don't have a revenue problem in Yellowstone county, we have a spending problem. Live within your means.
