Ever just had one of those days when nothing seems to go right?  Life can be tough, especially during one of the harshest winters on record.  That's why Mark has developed an effective therapeutic outlet to deal with your pent up frustration.  No matter what happens, take a deep breath and say to yourself "at least I'm not Paul".

For example, yesterday Mark was plowing snow with his ATV when the cable on the wench broke.  Had that cable broken on Tuesday, he may have screamed out a four syllable cuss word.  Luckily, this time Mark was almost down plowing, so he only unleashed a one syllable cuss word.

As Mark was waiting for his neighbor to come fix the cable (Mark could have fixed it, but he didn't want to injure his beer drinking hand), he imagined Paul out on the ranch dealing with calves and cows covered in snow and ice.  Then he took a deep breath and said, "at least I'm not Paul".  Suddenly, he felt a whole lot better.  Feel free to try this coping mechanism next time you encounter a minor setback.
