Brad Paisley and wife Kimberly Williams-Paisley have been together for more than a decade, and the singer shares what he thinks helps keep their marriage happy.

The singer has been wed to the actress since 2003, and he's learned a lot about being a husband in that time. Even though Paisley is ever changing and evolving, he tries to make sure that he and his wife change together. He says there's no secret to staying married 'til death do you part, but you have to work at it.

"I don't know if there's a secret," Paisley tells Wonderwall. "I think you have to have the same sort of priorities and outlook. You're sharing a car. You've got to want to be going to the same place."

It would seem Paisley and his First Lady are going to exactly the same place. He doesn't believe that being anything other than happy is an option. He refuses to fail when it comes to his marriage.

"You have to decide early on that failure's not an option and that you're going to evolve together. You're going to change," Paisley explains. "We've been together now for a decade. You're going to change. I'm so different than the total hillbilly she met."
