Lady Antebellum jumped right over the Discovery Zone and right onto the air on Cat Country this past week. Good idea to, since the new song "Just A Kiss" set a 52 year record for the Billboard Country chart. No song by a group had ever scored a higher first week rank than Lady A. The new song debuted at number 7.

It's impossible for any country song to debut higher than the Garth Brooks hit from 2007, "More Than A Memory" Garth's song debuted at Number One on the country chart obviously making it the best song debut ever.

This past week on the Discovery Zone featured songs from Kenny Chesney, Joe Nichols, Mark Cooke, Phil Vassar, and River Road. The results were interesting. It was almost like the week wore you down.

Chesney had the high scoring song of the week with his song, You and Tequila. Grace Porter sings with Kenny on the new song.

Phil Vassar is back with his new song and a new record label. Phil really makes his living as a songwriter, but he can belt out a great tune too. Let's Get Together is Phil's new song.

The other three songs of the week scored in this order. Joe Nichols, River Road and Mark Cooke. Cooke and River Road scored poorly among Cat listeners. Nichols song, "Take It Off" had good support.

The Discovery Zone airs each afternoon at 5:20 on Cat Country with a song never before played in Billings. Listen and discover.
