Here's another tale of "Love Gone Wrong" from one of our listeners.  If you get queasy easily, you might want to skip this one.  We'll call this listener "Roxie," and her date learned the hard way that it's never a good idea to force someone onto a carnival ride, especially after a meal.

There are almost too many bad dates for me to count! There was once this REALLY cute guy who asked me out.  I was so excited! He took me to dinner at a very upscale restaurant.

When the food arrived, he proceeded to tuck his napkin under his chin, and absolutely PLOW into his food. I mean, this guy was eating like he wasn't going to see food again for a while. He was talking while he was chewing, so food was actually falling out of his mouth! I was mortified and fascinated at the same time, for I had never seen anything like that before or since then! Had I known he was going to eat like that, I would have asked for a tarp to be put down or something. Somehow, he wasn't looking quite so attractive anymore.

After dinner we went to the fair, walked around a little bit and drank a couple of beers. I told him I did NOT like carnival rides, and that they made me sick. He begged & wheedled & cajoled me until I finally gave in and went on the Zipper with him.

I promptly threw up inside the ride well before it was over.  There we were, being flipped around and around, the vomit flying around & hitting us over and over.  Certainly not the most pleasant after dinner ride I've ever been on.

We drove out to the bar I worked at and got cleaned up in the bathroom. When I came out, he asked me if I was going to sleep with him or not, because “he had spent a lot of money on me.”  Why he would want to with the smell that was hanging over us is beyond me, but I told him in not-so-polite terms that “I thought he was not such a nice guy,” so he left me there!  That was probably my worst date ever.

Ewwwwww!  Just for future reference, puking on your date is generally considered a turn off for guys.
