Yellowstone Park officials want tourists to honk their horns when they see a bear near or on the road in the park. Okay, sure. That's not going to happen. Most people go to the park to see the wildlife and are not going to ruin an opportunity for a picture or video by scaring the animal away. And because most of these tourists think these animals are like a pony, they're not going to frighten them. Nice try, but it's not going to happen.
