Sure, there are places you can buy donuts in Billings like Log Cabin Bakery and Albertsons but there hasn't been a dedicated donut shop in the Magic City since Krispy Kreme on King Ave closed their doors in 2008
Once or twice per week I stop by the gift shop on the first floor of the Crowne Plaza in downtown Billings because our studios are located here on the 23rd floor. I usually go for one reason... they carry Wilcoxson's fudge bars.
I've lived in Billings now for nearly a year and a half and had no clue that there was a family of wild turkeys living near downtown Billings. Sunday night I was driving down 27th street from the airport 6 wild turkeys (Dad was the size of an Ostrich, his mate and 4 Turklets... Turklings... or whatever you'd call them) crossed the street slowing down traffic.
I drove my car yesterday, the day before that, and the day before that. And while there was snow on it each morning, it wasn't anything like today. On Saturday and Sunday morningI just brushed off the windows and went about my merry way.
