Isn't there some ordinance that says trains passing through Downtown Billings are only allowed to stop traffic for 5 minutes?  If there is, they haven't been enforcing it.

Yesterday after work, Mark walked over to the Subway shop on 27th Street to grab a sandwich.  Just after he crossed the tracks, a train rolled through.  By the time Mark made it to the Subway, ordered his meatball sandwich, paid for it and walked back, the train was still blocking traffic.

Either the Subway is really fast or the train is taking way too long.  In fact, one Cat Country listener who was stuck in traffic actually waved at Mark.  Sadly, he wasn't waving with his entire hand.

In an interesting side note, Mark experienced a near miracle with his sandwich.  For the first time in his entire life, he somehow managed to eat an entire meatball sandwich without spilling marinara sauce on his white shirt.
