Spring has officially sprung in Montana, and that means that grizzly bears are emerging from hibernation following a long winter's nap. There have been several reports of grizzly bears on the move in Montana.

According to a Facebook post from the Custer Gallatin National Forest, three young grizzly bears were spotted in the Paradise Valley south of Livingston on Monday, May 1.

Information About Recent Grizzly Bear Sighting South of Livingston

The Custer Gallatin National Forest shared the following information about the grizzly bear sighting.

Three young grizzly bears have been spotted up Mill Creek. They were seen in Upper Mill and at the Mill Creek Cabin area by Snowbank Campground. Always carry bear spray with you while hiking and remain vigilant. Hike in groups and make noise!
