Rodeo fans are preparing to say goodbye to the "Michael Jordan" of bulls.  Bushwacker, widely considered to be the greatest bull of all time, will retire from the Professional Bull Riders series later this year.

From 2009 until earlier this year, Bushwacker set the all time record for the most number of consecutive "buck offs".  In August, World Champion Bull Rider J.B. Mauney became the first person to ride Bushwacker in 42 attempts.  Both rider and bull will meet for a rematch this weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Bushwacker is expected to make his final appearance at the PBR World Championships in October.  The 8 year old bull will be retired to stud at the end of the season.
