Just saying that has made many shimmer with disbelief that summer is actually gone for 2016. Well, it's true. Today is the first official day of Fall and I personally and thrilled to have it here.

We call it Fall but in technical terms it is actually called Autumn Equinox Day. Huh? Yes, Autumn Equinox Day. So why is it really called that? The Autumnal Equinox is observed annually when the sun can be seen directly overhead along the equator, marking the end of summer and beginning of fall in the Northern Hemisphere.

I know...you REALLY wanted to know that.

Let's just face the fact. Fall is a lot easier to say and remember so I will stick with that and wish you a very Happy First Day of Fall!
