Last year I was going to make a Prime Rib for Christmas dinner, but ended up attending a dinner at someone else's home instead of cooking. This year, I'm thinking Prime Rib. Growing up, it was traditionally ham, but I'm not much of a ham guy. The scary part is, I've never actually cooked a Prime Rib. I not only run the risk of screwing up Christmas dinner, but also wasting a bunch of money because this cut of meat is anything but cheap. One of my coworkers dropped $180 on Prime Rib to feed about 8 people, so I'm a little nervous, but I'm counting on youtube to get be through.
