One of the most serious cases involved Devin Krause, 35, who was arrested on February 19. Charges listed include:

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Destruction of a communication device to obstruct or interfere with a criminal offense report
  • Kidnapping

Also arrested for assault related allegations:

  • Joshua Coffman, 34, was charged on February 20 with assault for purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury to another person.

Domestic And Family Violence-Related Arrests

Several arrests involved allegations connected to family or partner violence:

  • Dolan Long, 41, was arrested on February 17 for strangulation of a partner or family member, first offense involving the nose or mouth.
  • Richard Schaef, 68, was arrested on February 20 for partner or family member assault causing bodily injury, listed as a second offense.

Drug And Vehicle Related Offenses

Drug possession and vehicle-related violations accounted for several arrests this week.

  • Summer Stovall Rains, 41, was arrested on February 16 and faces:
    • Criminal possession of dangerous drugs
    • Criminal possession of drug paraphernalia
    • Driving an unregistered vehicle

Two additional individuals were arrested on February 21 following the same investigation window:

Matthew Spencer, 43, faces multiple charges:
