Hello, Moto! Let This Young, but Smart Lap Dog into Your Home
The snow prevented a physical Wet Nose Wednesday today. However, the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter still wanted to highlight a furry friend that needs a forever home. This week, we say "Hello!" to Moto, a beautiful puppy that was returned after a short adoption due to a landlord who didn't allow his breed. How unfortunate! But, he's back and needs someone to take him home.
Today's Wet Nose is our beautiful hunk of love named Moto. Moto is only about a year old, which means this 72 pound lap dog is just a puppy!
Moto is our longest-term resident dog right now. He's been with us since October 21st after doing a short stint out on an adoption, in which his (guessed) breed wasn't allowed by the landlord of the adopter. He was returned through no fault of his own.
Moto is intelligent, friendly, and an all-around good boy. He's looking for someone who is familiar with strong willed, stubborn dogs who mean well but may not be aware of their size. Moto will thrive in a single animal home, but has potential to get along with other animals with the right direction and training from his person.
He's got cabin fever big time and is super excited to be sprung from this joint and begin his new life as your best buddy!

About Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter
Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter has been around the Billings Community since 2007 and became the official city companion for sheltering animals in 2009. Since the creation of YVAS, they have become the largest animal shelter in Montana, with over 5,000 animals coming through their doors each year.
Right now, YVAS is more than just a shelter. They work toward reuniting lost pets with their owners, provide adoption services, offer foster care for pets, and go out of their way to volunteer in the community.
