Mark’s Crusade Against Ham

If you listen to the Flakes regularly, you know that Paul loves to eat.  However, there is one food that he won't touch...ham.  It's weird.  He loves bacon, he loves pork chops, he even likes Hamm's Beer.  But for some reason, he doesn't like ham.  Who doesn't like ham?  What's wrong with that man?

Well this week, Mark and Paul spent some leftover Flakesgiving donations to purchase hams for our friends over at Family Services.  We normally donate a couple hundred turkeys to them every year on Flakesgiving.  Since we ran out of turkeys this year (for the first time ever), we wanted to help out Family Services. Ham is cheaper than turkey this year, so we donated a bunch of hams and a few hundred pounds of potatoes.

It works out for everyone.  Family Services will be able to feed people.  Our money goes a little further.  And Mark can rest comfortably knowing that a hundred hams are off the streets.
