Michael Phelps’ Hot Model Girlfriend [PHOTOS]

Michael Phelps has a new girlfriend.  Model/cocktail-waitress Megan Rossee and Phelps have reportedly been together since January.

Megan is 25 years-old and she works at a Hollywood Club called “Blok”.  She is in London with him now, and tweeted a pic the other day of the two out together in the Olympic Village… (apparently he takes his medals with him???).
