With the new trend of organic pet food, Mark and Paul's "One Line Monday" phone poll was all about the food we feed our furry friends.  After hearing some of your answers, Mark wants to be reincarnated as one of your dogs in his next life.

We talked to one lady who spends $80 a month feeding her Great Dane.  With a yearly budget of nearly $1,000, that dog better great.  We also heard from a woman who considers her dogs to be her children.  Paul joked that he doesn't feed his kids as well as she feeds her dog.

There were a few people who still buy their pets the cheap stuff.  One guy said his dog gets whatever's on sale.  Amazingly, he hasn't heard the dog complain.  Paul then pointed out that there's nothing wrong with feeding dog food to cats.  Although, Paul did admit that he now feeds his dog Kirkland food because he's older and needs a better diet.  Mark agreed that older dogs should get better food, but since young dogs are basically "garbage disposals" who will eat anything, it's okay to feed them the cheap stuff.

Paul also admitted that he occasionally will eat his dog's vitamins on accident.  He has been tempted to try "Pup-eroni" treats just to find out how they taste.  Mark was actually accused of eating dog treats during the Flakes live broadcast last week at Western Ranch Supply.  He vehemently denies those scandalous allegations.

Thanks to everyone who pitched in for "One Line Monday".  The Breakfast Flakes try to treat callers better than many of our listeners treat their pets.  However, they won't let you sleep in the bed.
