Paul’s Pet Peeve – High School Football Games at 4 PM on a Friday

Today on the Breakfast Flakes, Paul made a great point about high school football games. Why do some teams play their games at 4 pm on a Friday?  Parents work hard to pay the bills and support their families.  They shouldn't have to take every Friday afternoon off to see their kids play.

If several schools are sharing the same stadium, why can't they schedule a few games on Saturday afternoons or Saturday nights?  It just seems like it would be a lot more convenient for everyone.
