Point guard Ethan Anderson was the first to announce his decision on social media. Less than 24 hours later, his Trojan teammate, Max Agbonkpolo, did the same. So did Jake Kyman, capping an unforgettable 24-hour period in Laramie.

Every time Linder tweeted this:

The anticipation only grew. Wyoming fans saw a trio of those tweets between Friday and Saturday night.

The responses on Twitter from the locals, as you might imagine, was filled with excitement, especially after the Cowboys just came off a 25-9 season and a trip to the NCAA Tournament. Here are just a few of those:

It wasn't only UW fans chiming in on the three newest acquisitions. Even national college hoops reporters and websites couldn't help but take notice:

Wyoming is still awaiting Hunter Maldonado's decision whether he will return to Laramie for a sixth season. Fellow senior Hunter Thompson already announced he will be back in the fold. The Cowboys lost four players -- Deng Dut, John Grigsby, Eoin Nelson and Ben Bowen -- to the NCAA Transfer Portal. Drake Jeffries, the team's top 3-point threat, said after the season he would seek a pro career.

UW will welcome one true freshman this season, 6-foot-9 forward Caden Powell from Waco, Texas.
