Billings Did I Miss Something?

Is there a big travel weekend this weekend?  Did the price of oil change drastically?

I'm just curious because when I went to work this morning regular gasoline was $2.07 to $2.09 and by the time I came home tonight it had jumped to $2.19.

What the hell?

Can anyone give me a valid reason for the ten cent jump in a matter of hours?

When I saw the change in price, I automatically heard Paul Mushaben's voice in my head.
