We're receiving some snow this weekend in Western Montana.

How about that?

It feels like it's been ages since the town has been blanketed in snow, and I have to assume that the ski slopes will be full this weekend. Everybody will be trying to hit the hills one last time before spring fully hits.

Keep in mind that I am not a skier. I'm more of a basketball guy. Watching and announcing basketball, that is. Definitely not playing it. Nobody wants to see that.

But when I saw this video, I was SHOCKED at how long the vehicle line was to get into Bridger Bowl.

Wildly long line to get into Bridger Bowl last weekend

@taryn.ringer1 sat in traffic for 2 hours to be told to turn around bc over half the mtn. was closed and the line for the open lift was over 1/2 a mile long. #montana #bridgerbowl #skiingfail #unreal #ski ♬ female rage - bel6va

I know some people live, breathe, and eat skiing, but there's got to be a point where you're sitting for hours, probably, and think to yourself, "I could be doing something productive instead of staring at this dude's taillights."

I know there hasn't been much snow, and people are trying to hit the slopes before winter is officially dead, but is the handful of runs worth it? Heck, you might not even get a handful of runs.

My coworker, Chris Wolfe from Z100, said that his son sat in traffic for two hours at Bridger last Friday. All his patience only gave him 2 runs on the hills, because the lines were ridiculously long to get to the top.

Of course, many comments are calling out the out-of-staters for making life tough on the Montanans trying to ski in their homeland.

I hope this doesn't happen to y'all this weekend.

Good luck.
