This isn’t your typical “drop off a résumé and hope for the best” kind of event.
The Jobs Jamboree brings together more than 100 employers from across Montana and the region, giving attendees the chance to actually meet hiring managers face-to-face, ask questions, and get a real feel for a company’s culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
If you've ever gotten frustrated applying for jobs online, this event is a refreshing change of pace, offering a chance to speak directly with folks involved in the hiring process.
Industries of all types will be present at Jobs Jamboree.
Opportunities span nearly every industry you can think of, from entry-level jobs and apprenticeships to internships and professional careers. Whether you’re looking for a new full-time gig, a second job, or something part-time, there’s a good chance you’ll find something worth exploring.
The event has been connecting Montana job seekers with employers for more than 30 years.

Organizers also encourage a wide range of attendees to stop by, including retirees looking for something part-time, seasonal workers, college students, and parents who may be ready to re-enter the workforce.
A few helpful tips: dress to impress, bring copies of your résumé if you have them, and be ready to introduce yourself.
There will also be expert presentations covering résumé building, interview techniques, and professional etiquette. Plus, a mobile veteran bus will be on-site offering support for veterans, Guard members, reservists, and their families. Find out more about Jobs Jamboree HERE.
