New York State Governor Kathy Hochul signed the law back in October, stating that New York State will be the first state in the United States to ban selling over-the-counter weight loss and muscle-building supplements to minors.

Should Montanans Worry About Health Safety?

Since NY is taking the step toward banning these items inside grocery stores and other locations, should Montana and Greg Gianforte step up and follow suit? Are these items safe for anyone to use?

Well, some items are alright. NY is banning just over-the-counter diet pills and muscle-building supplements to minors, though they say that protein powders and drinks are alright to continue being sold to minors.

Scary stuff, if the side effects happen. But how often do those things happen? That information was not available. But...

What are your thoughts?
