Maybe it’s Time for Puerto Rico to Become a State

With a population of a little over 3 million, maybe it's time for Puerto Rico to become a state. We send them millions and millions of dollars, and yet they do not pay U.S. taxes. Tourism would thrive in Puerto Rico, not to mention the rum industry would flourish. The days of having U.S.territories and not states, should be put behind us. All that it does is create a financial liability that we can't afford anymore.
