Tina Fey, Ty Burrell and Ricky Gervais join the Muppets crew as the principal human cast, while the film also serves a double dose of Kermit. 'The Muppets Most Wanted' Super Bowl trailer, other than being a truly enjoyable piece of marketing material, features new footage of the gang's romp through Europe, where they'll grapple with an evil Kermit ... or rather, a criminal who could be the lovable frog's doppelganger.
From Disney's official description:
Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais.
'The Muppets Most Wanted' debuts in theaters March 21.
