Wondering what the gigantic building is all about on the corner of Frontage Road and Harnish Boulevard? Coca-Cola is building a massive bottling plant in Billings.

I'm not really a "mixed drink" kind of guy, but I saw a story this morning about the Coca-Cola Company selling a premixed alcoholic drink. So far, it's only available over there. I was just wondering if you can legally sell something like that in the states...
