Several businesses are struggling to find folks to work. It's not only a problem here in Bozeman and Montana, but all over the United States. Why? Why is it so hard to find people to work, especially when employers are offering really good starting wages?

In counties like Yellowstone where there are not enough workers to fill the jobs, benefits from collecting unemployment should not be available.  These benefits should only be available if there are no other options.  Why should working people have part of their income confiscated in order to provide income for others when jobs are available...

Welcome to the unemployment line!  Furloughs are on the way for many, in fact about one-quarter of the workers at a coal-fired power plant will be furloughed for up to 90 days;
