Wear Your Fricken Seat Belt!

I saw on the news last night that traffic deaths around Billings have risen substantially since last year.  You're thinking, it's due to the oil boom and we're the biggest town in the state.  Sure, that causes some issues, however the number one cause of death, no seat belt!  Seriously? How can this even be an issue anymore?

Everyone wears their belts at all times in my car.  The only thing a seat belt restricts are your chances of death!
