Winter Weather Delays Completion of Downtown Billings Parking Garage…Again

Stop me if you've heard this before.  The construction of the parking garage on 27th Street and Montana has delayed once again by winter weather.  The project was supposed to be completed this spring.  We're not experts, but it doesn't look like it's going to be finished anytime soon.

Which is a shame because traffic on Montana Avenue has been affected for over a year now.  If you drive downtown, you know what a pain it can be.  Especially when trains are rolling through during the day and 27th Street gets really backed up.

Of course, as much as the construction delays hamper downtown drivers, the real victims are the poor guys working to build the parking garage.  We sure wouldn't want to be up on the 4th story on a cold, windy day.
