Travis Teegarden, Secretary for the Billings American Legion Program, joined the Flakes this morning to announce their annual "45 Guns in 45 Days" fundraiser.  Once again, Mark and Paul will be drawing the winners starting on February 3rd.

Raffle tickets are on sale now for $35 each or $100 for 3.  This year's grand prize will be the Teddy Roosevelt 405 Winchester Safari set, which retails for over $5,000.  Of course all of the proceeds will go to fund the premiere youth baseball program in the state of Montana.  Over the years, hundreds of local kids have gone on to play baseball at the collegiate level.  Over 40 players have ended up playing professionally, including 5 in the major leagues.  The Billings American Legion tradition dates all the way back to the 1920's.

Tickets for the "45 Games in 45 Days" raffle will be on sale later this month at retail outlets all over the state.  One of those outlets set Mark up for the lame groaner of the day, when he joked that tickets will be on sale at The Muzzle Loader (try the veal folks, Mark's here all week).  For more info on this awesome organization, check them out online at www.billingsalbaseball.org.
