What a sad day for country music. Country music legend Earl Thomas Conley has passed away. Not a lot of details are know about his death, according to FOX News, the singer/songwriter passed away early this morning at the age of 77. Over his career Conley had over 30 singles on the charts and 18 number 1 songs. Some of my favorite E.T.C. songs are, "Somewhere Between Right And Wrong", "I Have Loved You Girl", "That Was A Close One", "Heavenly Bodies" and "Holding Her And Loving You." I also  loved his duets: "Brotherly Love" with Keith Whitley and "Too Many Times" with Anita Pointer. I've always thought that E.T.C., much like T.G. Sheppherd and Steve Wariner, were some of the most overlooked talent in the industry.
