If you love the long ball, tonight is  the night for Baseball!  The Home-Run Derby starts tonight at 6 on ESPN!

Hitting for the American League:

Yankees-Cano, Angels-Trumbo, Tigers-Fielder, and Blue Jays-Bautista

Hitting for the National League;

Dodgers-Kemp, Rockies-Gonzalez, Cardinals-Beltran and Priates-McCutchen (subbing for the injured Stanton of the Marlins).

Here are the main rules to keep in mind;  Any swing that isn't a home-run is an out.  Hitters get 10 outs a round.  The top 4 hitters go to round 2.  Then, the top 2 with the best combined score go to the finals. This is the only time they will combine the hits in previous rounds.

As always, baseball is hitting homers for charity.  For the winning team, a donation will be made to the charity of the Team Captains choice, plus $100,000 to the Boys and Girls Club.  There are consolation donations for the losing team.

The All-Star game is tomorrow night at 6:15p... the battle for home-field advantage!

Oh, how I love the boys of summer!  Go National League!!!
