Sandee’s In Lockwood Closes Down Suddenly

If you haven't had a burger from Sandee's, I don't think you can call yourself a resident of Billings. The same goes for King's Hat. However, today, on their Facebook Page, Sandee's announced the sudden closure of their second location, inside Casey's Corner Exxon in Lockwood.

Why the closure?

According to the company on Facebook:

Due to circumstances out of my control we will be closing the Lockwood location immediately. I apologize for any inconvenience however the 27th location is open and waiting to feed you.

Not much to go on, but we're sure there is some reason behind it. I know last year when I visited the location with a friend for lunch, murmurs were happening with the staff and customers about this sort of thing happening... they just weren't sure as to when.

I even reached out to Sandee's last year, and they did call me back, to let me know a few things (which I will keep to myself, as they shared more than necessary), however, at that time the location remained open for business.

What now?

Sandee's remains open for business in their 27th Street Drive-In location, and from what we can tell, still offer their Sandee's Food Truck for events, which you can RSVP for online.
