Belgrade Woman Arrested for Harboring Illegal Aliens

Is that bunk beds in the garage?

Back on August 12th, we had a message from one of our radio listeners telling us that ICE was on a raid in Belgrade, Montana- and there were a lot of people in handcuffs.

We confirmed ICE, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, was on the ground with an ICE spokesperson. “ICE can confirm we were in Belgrade on an authorized, law enforcement activity on a criminal search warrant for an active investigation, we have 12 suspects in custody and no further information at this time.”

A Belgrade woman was recently arrested and charged with harboring illegal aliens as part of an ongoing effort to disrupt smuggling networks. The border remains closed. Anyone entering illegally, or helping others do so, will be arrested and prosecuted.
Smuggling organizations are spreading false information to exploit people and put lives at risk. Do not trust them. Do not risk your freedom.

I'm checking back in with our ICE contacts to verify if these two are related events, or separate incidents altogether.

This, of course, isn't the first time a woman living in Montana has been arrested for harboring or smuggling illegal aliens.A woman who was arrested in Shelby, Montana for smuggling illegal aliens into the country was convicted in federal court last month. You may recall when we first reported on this news back in March. Kristin Louise Mitchell was accused of smuggling illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members into the country.
