UPDATE: The two men taken into custody in connection with the disappearance of Sherry Arnold have been identified.  According to KULR-8,  Lester Van Waters Jr., 47, and Michael Keith Spell, 22, have been charged with aggravated kidnapping, and are currently being held in the Williams County Jail in Williston, North Dakota.

Authorities have asked landowners in the area to look for Arnold’s buried body, which has not been found yet.

 

UPDATE: According to the Sidney, Montana Police Department, the man they have in custody is  47 years old and is currently being held in Williams Country Jail in North Dakota.  Another man, 22, is currently being questioned in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Authorities would not answer questions during the press conference, because the “investigation was moving too rapidly.”  We will keep you updated with more developments as we receive them.

A sad end to a sad story, as police confirmed that Sherry Arnold, the missing high school teacher from Sidney, Montana, is dead.  Two suspects have been taken into custody.
