It is a treasure trove of history encapsulated in architecture.

If I could have a house built for me, I would have several ideas for its design and function.

First a disclaimer... these aren't anything other than the architecture I like best so it's not Billings most historic buildings (even though some are historic) and it's certainly not Billings tallest buildings.

Most people here in Billings aren't very shy about not wanting to pay taxes... especially for things they feel are outdated or they'll get no use out of. Case in point... Billings New Public Library. The project may never have got off the ground had it not been for a generous $2 million donation from an anonymous benefactor...

Some people have their kids art up on the wall in their office. I have a fort. While my daughter was on summer vacation and bored one day she hung out with me at work and, as kids do, made art out of whatever she could find (good training for a chef I might add)...

With kickoff to the "Big Game" only 5 days away I've been thinking about what to serve at my Super Bowl party. While surfing the web I ran across this beauty... it's called a "Snackadium"! Obviously whoever erected this masterpiece is the Frank Lloyd Wright of junk food...
