First a disclaimer... these aren't anything other than the architecture I like best so it's not Billings most historic buildings (even though some are historic) and it's certainly not Billings tallest buildings.
Most people here in Billings aren't very shy about not wanting to pay taxes... especially for things they feel are outdated or they'll get no use out of. Case in point... Billings New Public Library. The project may never have got off the ground had it not been for a generous $2 million donation from an anonymous benefactor...
