I am originally from Los Angeles, but grew up in Edmonton, Alberta. In between I spent two years of my childhood in Montana. One in Great Falls and the other in Havre. My mom married a Canadian when I was 9, and we moved to Canada. Because the winters in Edmonton were too damn cold, I moved back to California once I was 21. My radio career has taken me to Casa Grande, Ariz., and to Palm Springs, Fresno and San Luis Obispo, Calif., and back to Edmonton, and Yakima. I play poker, basketball and flag football in my free time. My claim to fame is that my wife Monica is sisters with the former Miss El Salvador 1996, who came in sixth in that year's Miss Universe competition. Of course I think my wife is prettier than her sister! I also have a 12-year-old daughter named Noel who is in junior high and was the fifth-grade champion high jumper.

Messing With People’s Facebook Pages
From time to time a co-worker will leave their Facebook page open in a common area. I remember coming into the studio and discovering that Mark Wilson from the Breakfast Flakes left his page open and if memory serves I just closed it without writing something funny as if I were him...

I Identify As A Billionaire… Where’s My Money?!!!
Now that Bruce Jenner is identifying as a woman despite not having had that "special" surgery and Rachel Dolezal (the former head of the Spokane chapter of the NAACP) is identifying as black despite actually being white it's become apparent to me that other people have to treat me based on the way I identify as opposed to what I actually am in order to not appear to be a bigot...

Kylie Jenner Tweets About Making It Home For ‘Fathers Day’. Really?
Kylie Jenner tweeted last night that she's "Gotta make it home in time for Father's Day".
So how does this work exactly. Some of us in the media have been browbeaten for not calling Bruce Jenner by his/her new name Caitlyn Jenner. I've actually been called transphobic for simply asking the question "do we call him a her if he/she hasn't had the surgery to turn him/her into a woman y

Some Public Pools In Billings Opening Soon
Not that it's been important that we find ways to cool off recently but the Oasis Water Park in the Heights is opening this weekend.
Fortunately it's opening at the right time as it's predicted to be a humid 89 degrees on Saturday. Billings Public Pools will follow suit just four days later opening en masse on June 10th, once the weather cools back down a bit into the 80-degree range with a 60 per
Billings Has Some of the Best Beer in the Country
Since the day I moved to the Magic City back in 2012, I discovered a little known secret -- Billings has excellent microbreweries. I think by now I must have trolled every one of them. In order, my favorite beers here are:
1. Anger Management Belgian Wheat at Angry Hank's
