The City of Billings Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce the start of the 2025 aquatics season, inviting residents to dive into summer fun.

Info released today about park use in Billings showed that last year there were 40,000 visits to Rose park and South park pools.  At 2 bucks a person, that's 80 grand.  That doesn't even begin to cover the cost of those recreational options...
