I was not in attendance for the 2015 Strawberry Festival in downtown Billings, but I heard through many people that it was one of the best and biggest.

Jackie Miley  never had a very good child hood, growing up under foster care in Minnesota. She never had a chance to have that quintessential childhood Teddy Bear. Well she's made up for that in a very big way.
